Mindset Coaching for Athletes of all ages and skill levels.

What Do We Do?

Win Your Mindset offers 1 on 1 virtual mindset coaching for athletes of all ages and skill levels.

We are comprised of a former division 1 women’s basketball player and a current professional soccer player who also went through the division 1 ranks. We understand what it takes to be successful and want to share our game plan with you.

We will help you set realistic and measurable goals, overcome self-doubt, learn how to stop comparing yourself to others and rewire your brain to see the positive in every situation. If you are willing to invest in yourself, then this program is for you. We will expect a lot, but what you will get in return will be unique insights that you won’t get anywhere else.

Our Story

Who are we and why are we passionate about our program?

Hi! Aaron and Amanda Guillen here. As mentioned above, we are both former Division one athletes who met in college at FGCU in Fort Myers, FL.

After college, Aaron got drafted to play for FC Dallas in the MLS. After two years in the MLS, he played two seasons for North Carolina FC and is now a starting defender for the Tampa Bay Rowdies in the USL.

Amanda is the all-time leading scorer at Seymour High School in Seymour, IN, and was the A-SUN 3 point percentage leader her Sophomore year at FGCU.

We have literally shared each other’s experiences, dreams, hopes and aspirations throughout large portions of our athletic careers. What makes us unique is that while our experiences have been different, our approach to adversity is the same.

We developed a program to help athletes achieve success. This “next level” mentality can be catered to what you want it to be: a varsity volleyball spot, a division 2 soccer scholarship, a future professional contract or whatever your individual goal may be. We are versatile and ready to get started: if you’re willing to take action, let’s do this.
