Understanding
You understand that the coaches at Win Your Mindset are not licensed therapists, psychologists, counselors, etc. No coach at Win Your Mindset is licensed to diagnose, treat or tend to any mental health concerns.
You understand that while the Win Your Mindset coaches are certified REBT Life/Mindset coaches through the Transformation Academy, there is no official Life Coach/Mindset Coach certification at the time of this writing.
You understand that while the coaches at Win Your Mindset will do everything possible to help you succeed, you are ultimately in control of your actions and overall results. The coaches at Win Your Mindset can lead, point you in the right direction and overall advise, but you are ultimately in control of your success.
You understand that the Win Your Mindset coaches are not liable for its clients’ actions or decisions.
Appointments
If the Win Your Mindset coaches see a habit of cancelled or rescheduled appointments, we will communicate that directly with you.
Sessions will take place via Phone, Zoom or FaceTime unless communicated otherwise.
Since sessions are often booked back-to-back, if you are late to a session, you may not get the full amount of allotted coaching time.
Confidentiality
The coaches at Win Your Mindset will not share any information that is communicated by the client. Client information is confidential and will not be shared unless the participating client has given verbal or written agreement to do so.
You will not share any of the Win Your Mindset coaching techniques or worksheets.
Honesty and Openness
The team at Win Your Mindset will give advice based on direct experience and education. You understand that these are our suggestions; you have free will to decide your future and make decisions that best suit your circumstances.
We encourage you to be open, honest, and transparent during each coaching session. The coaches at Win Your Mindset are open to feedback and will coach you based on your needs. The more open and straight-forward you are in each session, the more productive the sessions will be.
